Since its establishment in 1983 P.T. SOEJASCH BALI has emerged as one of the major food processing and food distribution companies. With a high demand from the tourist industry to produce European style meat and fish delicatessens a state-of-the-art food-processing factory was build on the outskirts of Denpasar, Bali, Indonesia.

Fully equipped with the most modern imported European machinery, using advanced German food processing technology enables us to guarantee that our processed food is produced under strict HACCP condition.

We are also producing special range for the catering industry a range of high volume products, at reasonable cost under the brand name CATER®.

The latest popular treats, we introduced to the market are Air Dried Pork, similar to the traditional Swiss Parma Ham, Pepper Roasted Ham, Air Dried Salami and European Imported Bacon, smoked in original and traditional smoking ovens.
